Robert Dick, chairperson of the Ballymena Show said: “Ballymena Show is delighted to have Bank of Ireland UK on board this year as premium sponsor for an exciting action-packed two days of activities, classes and family entertainment.

“We welcome the support and involvement of Bank of Ireland UK’s Ballymena branch, and in particular the support of branch manager, Jan Young.”

William Thompson, agri manager, Bank of Ireland UK added: “Agricultural shows like Ballymena provide an excellent platform to showcase and celebrate the great dedication and commitment Northern Ireland farmers have to deliver quality produce and livestock. Bank of Ireland UK is delighted to build on its previous successful involvement with the Ballymena Show. It is a great opportunity for us to support enterprise in the local community and we are confident that as always the show will attract a strong turnout from Ballymena and the surrounding areas.”

On the Friday the gates are opening earlier than normal to allow for a greater selection of entertainment including a fun dog show and a vintage car display.

Organisers are also delighted to be celebrating the 80th anniversary of the British Goat Society with an extended goat section.
