Downpatrick Mart: Bullocks peak at £1,420 per head

At the Monday night cattle sale on 12th February 2018, there was a good entry of quality cattle.

In the heavy weight category bullocks peaked per head at £1,420 for 682kg (£2.08ppk) with heifers at £1,110.00 for 544kg ( 2.04ppk).

Light weight stores were in strong demand with time of year, selling from £2.04ppk to £2.80ppk
