Man and woman rushed to hospital

A man and woman have been taken to hospital after a two vehicle crash on an NI road last night.

Police said the collision happened on the Dungannon Road area of Portadown on Monday 26th October.

Inspector McBain said: “At around 5:50pm, it was reported that a Grey Hyundai and a Silver Kia were involved in the incident. A man and a woman aged 71 and 55 years old were taken to hospital for their injuries. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening. The Dungannon Road has since been reopened.

“Enquiries are continuing and police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have dash-cam footage available, to contact them on 101 quoting reference number 1505 26/10/20.”
