30 calves stolen from Castlederg barn

Police are appealing for information following the theft in the Castlebane Road area.

The theft is believed to have taken place some time between 8pm on Friday 5 February and 1pm on Saturday 6 February.

Constable Chris Plews said: ”I would ask anyone who may have noticed any suspicious activity in the area to contact Strabane police station on the non-emergency number 101. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
