Judge for the day was John Barry Moran, Brocca Blondes from Athlone.

John Barry had his work cut out especially in the final of the Bank of Ireland NI Blonde Club Calf Championship were he tapped out Gledney Keva as the champion.

Keva is a three month old heifer with tremendous style and power out of Drumraymond Grafter and homebred cow Gledney Danielle.

Reserve calf champion was the Griffin families Drumraymond Mr Mole.

The overall Blonde champion was Budore Jessie, a May 14 heifer sired by Budore Floyd. Gledney Keva rounded off a special day picking up reserve champion.

The young handlers stole the show with Matthew McGuigan winning the junior class and Neil Savage taking the honors in the senior class.

Well done to all exhibitors for such an impressive turn out of blondes.

A big thank you to sponsors Bank of Ireland and Oddball Engineering and last but not least our resident photographer Bo Davidson for capturing the days action.
