Glarryford Country Cookbook

If you live in the Glarryford area or have any connections past or present with Glarryford then your recipes are wanted for the Glarryford Country Cookbook.

Organisers of the cookbook want it to be a bumper edition of recipes new and old – if it’s edible it’s in!

All proceeds will be going towards the refurbishment of the Farmers’ Hall.

Funding has been secured to assist with the rebuild of the Farmers’ Hall at Glarryford however there will be many additional costs to meet and so organisers are publishing the cookery book for general sale.

Organisers would like recipes from the whole community including friends and family from far and near and those who have had any connections with the Glarryford area in the past.

Forward your recipes (carefully checked) to Gillian Reid by either of the following ways:

Email to [email protected] – using ‘Glarryford Cookbook’ as your subject

Post to Gillian Reid, 21 Killycowan Road, Glarryford, Ballymena BT44 9HL

The book organisers would like to have all recipes (do include your name) by 27th February – if you have any queries please contact Gillian on 07736233703.
