Two Stacks Co-Founder Shane McCarthy said: “We’re here to show people that Irish whiskey is more than a green bottle. The Dram In A Can was always built to take whiskey to new places, and there’s nowhere better to prove that than 35,000 feet above Ireland.”

Both expressions are made using Single Pot Still whiskey, a style unique to Ireland and known for its rich, full-bodied character, reflecting the Irish heritage shared by Two Stacks and Aer Lingus.

Founded by lifelong friends Shane McCarthy and Liam Brogan, Two Stacks has reintroduced the traditional bonder approach, sourcing and blending spirits from across Ireland for its range of expressions.

Laura Murphy, founder of Oatco, describes the Aer Lingus deal as “a marvellous opportunity with one of the world’s leading airlines”.

Laura, a mum of two young children, launched Oatco Superfuel, her start-up enterprise in Omagh and its novel range of natural ‘energy on the go’ healthy oat-based snacks, at Balmoral Show in 2025.

Laura (29) and her team had no idea of what the future could hold for the business then when they were part of the huge and busy FoodNI Northern Ireland Food and Drink Pavilion, among the most popular attractions at the annual show. Showing in the pavilion has helped many other smaller food and drink companies find the road to success in sales here and abroad.

Another proud moment came when she was recently named on the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list, recognising her as one of Europe’s most influential young business people. Laura, commenting on the news, said it had been “honestly unbelievable”.

The Forbes 30 Under 30 is a set of annual lists published by Forbes magazine, the flagship US business publication, that recognises notable people under the age of 30 across various industries and regions. Originally launched in 2011, it has grown into a global franchise spotlighting young innovators, entrepreneurs, and change makers.

A genuinely outstanding recognition. Laura is the first from Northern Ireland to be highlighted by such an influential business publication.

The company's primary product lines feature two main offerings:

Oatco Super Bites - oat-powered energy balls designed to provide slow-release, natural energy without the heavy, chalky feel of some traditional protein bars. They are a popular snack option, especially in the UK and Ireland. Primarily made from wholesome rolled oats, they provide sustained carbohydrates for an energy boost or to help beat the afternoon slump.

Superfuel Pouches: High-protein overnight oat breakfast pouches. Simply add milk or water directly to the pouch, shake, and leave it in the fridge overnight. They pack 18g of protein per serving and are designed to prevent morning prep stress.
