Mid Antrim UFU group celebrate well-attended programme
Since our last report Mid Antrim have had a great programme well attended by all members.
Our County dinner was held in January at Leighinmohr House Hotel, Ballymena and it was a great meal, entertainment and reminiscing with old friends and a good time was had by all members who attended.
We want to thank local judge Matt Millar who judged the silage competition this year. We would like to pass on our thanks to all the members who entered the competition.
Our final meeting is our AGM to be held on Tuesday 10th February with a group trip to Conor Casey’s Farm and AGM at 8pm.
The Ulster Farmers’ Union technical team remains a crucial support for farmers in our group and continue to see this helping our local members. Our local technical officer is Chris Breen and can be contacted through the group office.
