The showers of the previous week gave way to two beautiful sunny days for the championships.
The land was of the finest quality and made for excellent ploughing
The event catered for a great day out for all the family.
There were trade and craft stands, a very impressive Kids Zone on the Saturday which was a busy and enjoyable area, also tractor pulling which was under the auspices of Hillsborough Young Farmers’ Club.
Excellent food over the two days was provided by St John’s Church of Ireland and was very well received by visitors and officials from mainland Britain, Republic of Ireland and The Netherlands.
