Ivor Ferguson handed the reins over to former deputy president Victor Chestnutt, who will now lead the UFU for the next two years as president and William Irvine was elected as deputy president for a two-year-term alongside David Brown who has entered his second two-year term as deputy president.

Members were able to put their questions to DAERA Minister, Edwin Poots MLA and the Chairperson of the Assembly’s Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs Committee, Declan McAleer MLA after their addresses.

Special recognition was also given to John Miller who received the Honorary Life Membership Award.

The UFU would like to thank everyone who attended and to all those who participated and watched from home.
