A superb entry of 600 cattle in town last Friday, with the dropped calf section a roaring trade, containing calves up to nine months old, topped to £1190 for Simmental bull calf for a Newry farmer.
Weanling bull calves topped to £2100 for a 538kg Limousin from a Kilcoo farmer.
Fat cows topped £2700 for 812kg Charolais.
Dairy heifers topped at £2220.
