On the night a total of £10,650 was handed over to local charities raised during three main events in 2026 which were organised by the club.
A vintage tractor run was held in April in which approximately 90 tractors took part covering 13 miles of scenic countryside, proceeds of £4400 was accepted by Ben Green on behalf of Young Lives Versus Cancer charity.
In June Derg Valley Vintage Club held their vintage rally which has grown repeatedly year on year, Kathleen Lynch accepted the proceeds of £5,100 on behalf of Parkinsons UK.
Finally the club held their classic car run in September raising £1,150 which was accepted on behalf of Marie Curie by Marie McMenamin.
The Derg Valley Vintage Club would like to thank everyone who supported their events throughout the year and look forward to welcoming them again in 2027 when the club has special celebrations planned to mark the 40th anniversary since the formation of the club.
