Held under the theme “Staking Our Claim – Securing the Future of Farming and Rural Ireland”, the conference will bring together young farmers, rural young people and key stakeholders to discuss the future of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), generational renewal and the development of rural Ireland.
The conference will feature panel discussions on the future of farming beyond 2027 and the role of rural development policy in supporting the next generation to live, work and build their futures in rural communities.

Macra national president Josephine O’Neill is looking forward to the Taoiseach’s involvement in the conference.
She said: “I am delighted to welcome Taoiseach Michéal Martin to Macra's National Conference this year in Limerick.
