On the shores of Strangford Lough, Castle Ward will be hosting its annual Easter Fair on 16 and 17 April with food vendors and local craft stalls all adding to the egg-citement of the Cadbury Egg Hunt. Or if you prefer to escape the crowds, go on a family adventure to discover the new Secret Shore Trail, try your hand making bunny ears, or see if you spot the chicks hiding in the house.

Take part in the Dragon’s Egg Trail at Mount Stewart in County Down from 14-18 April and try your hand at croquet on the lawn in front of the house. Then, for more adventures, wander further afield into the demesne trails and discover the new Natural Play area and the sleeping dragon.

Hop along to Rowallane Garden in Saintfield for Easter crafting activities in The Barn from 10-25 April. Pick up a nature wristband and head off on an exploration around the garden decorating your bracelet as you go.

In Fermanagh, travel back in time on Easter Monday at Florence Court to experience life in the ‘big house’ during the 1920s. See the Sawmill in action; head to the Carpenter’s Workshop for traditional woodcarving and enjoy spring themed craft. Explore the outdoors as you follow the Egg Hunt clues to your chocolate treat at Crom and Castle Coole on 15-18 April.

There’s plenty on offer in Mid Ulster too with Springhill, The Argory, Ardress House and Wellbrook Mill all running fun egg hunts, so get ready to wriggle your whiskers and go on a bunny adventure in the great outdoors (dates vary).
