Ready, set, sew, as Knit + Stitch Dressmaking Competition returns

Knit + Stitch – the UK’s largest craft show – is back at the Eikon Exhibition Centre, outside Lisburn, from November 12-15, and will, once again, be bursting with creativity, inspiration and innovation.

The popular ‘Made By Me’ Dressmaking Competition returns this year, with the winner receiving a brand-new Janome 5270QDC sewing machine worth £879.

Shortlisted entries will be displayed at the show and featured on the Knit + Stitch Northern Ireland catwalk, giving visitors the opportunity to see their work in the spotlight.

This year’s competition is all about celebrating the joy of making your own clothes. Whether you’re new to dressmaking or have years of sewing experience, Knit + Stitch would love to see what you’ve created and have it displayed and featured on stage.
