Silent Valley Mountain Park to close this weekend

With Storm Boelo expected to bring strong winds over the weekend, the Met Office has put a yellow warning in place.
NI Water would like to advise that Silent Valley Mountain Park will therefore be closed from midday on Saturday 24th October 2026 as a safety precaution, and will remain closed until Monday morning.
The decision has been taken in the interest of public safety due to the risk of high winds damaging trees at the site.
