Store lamb trade saw a further lift on the week.

Good quality heavy lambs sold from 570-625p/k for 24k at £150 from a Poyntzpass producer, followed by 604p/k for 24k at £145 for a Keady farmer. Several pens of overweight lambs sold from £154 to £164 per head.

Good quality midweight lambs sold from 630-690p/k for 20k at £138 for a Dungannon farmer, followed by 684p/k for 20.1k at £137.50 from a Loughgall producer.

A Benburb farmer received 678p/k for 20.2k at £137.

Another large entry of stores sold in an exceptionally strong trade with light stores to 843p/k for 14k at £118 from a Benburb farmer, followed by 832p/k for 14.9k at £124 from a Hilltown farmer.

Main demand from 740-828p/k.

Stronger stores sold up to 763p/k for 17.1k at £130.50 from a Markethill farmer, followed by 756p/k for 19.5k at £147.50 for a Clogher producer.

All good quality lots sold from 700-746p/k.

The 200 cull ewes sold in a steady demand with fleshed ewes selling from £140-£194, second quality from £100-£130 and the poorest types from £60-£90 each.
