Springing cow sells for £1240 at Lisnaskea Mart

Another good entry stock on offer at Lisnaskea Livestock Sales on Tuesday 16th March so easily to a brisk demand for all sorts.

This week an incalf cow sold to £1240 for a Brookeborough producer with steers and bulls selling to £1025 for a 480kg Charolais (£213) to a Newtownbutler producer with a Maguiresbridge producer selling a 400kg Charolais to £1000 (£250) and a 360kg Charolais to £975 (£271) smaller sorts sold to £660 for a 220kg Limousin (£300) £630 for a 180kg Limousin (£350) and a 190kg Aberdeen Angus to £570 (£300).

Weanling heifers sold to £1020 for a 510kg Charolais (£200) a 300kg Limousin sold to £835 (£278) a 300kg Charolais sold to £830 (£276) with smaller ones selling to £600 for a 170kg Limousin (£353) 180kg Charolais to £600 (£333) and a 220kg Charolais to £665 (£302).
