A super turnout of sheep on Wednesday night met with a fine trade for all sorts of stock.

Ewes and lambs were in demand selling to £350 for ewes with twin lambs paid to Mr John Huey, Armoy.

Fat ewes were a super trade and a top price of £318 was paid to Mr Brian McCurdy, Bushmills.

Spring lambs sold to £200, paid to Mr B Mullan, Ballymoney for 25kgs.

Fat hoggets were very sharp and a top price of £204 was achieved by Mr Des Kelly, Ballycastle for a pen of 30kg hoggets.
