Invitation to first-ever tractor run at Ballycraigy Congregational Church on Saturday, October 3
Ballycraigy Congregational Church in Newtownabbey is inviting members of the farming community to support its first-ever charity tractor run, taking place on Saturday, 3rd October.
The event will commence with registration from 6pm, with the tractor road run getting underway at 6.30pm. The designated route will include rural roads in the local area.

At a cost of £10 per person, participants will enjoy the tractor run followed by a BBQ and refreshments, while children are free of charge.
All proceeds from the event will go towards Rural Support, an organisation which provides vital practical and emotional support to farmers, farm families and rural communities across Northern Ireland.
The evening will also provide an opportunity to reflect on the challenges facing members of the farming community and those working within the agriculture industry. Naomi McLean, Suicide Awareness Officer with Rural Support, will be the guest speaker, while Simon Walsh from The Faith Mission will close with a short epilogue and prayer for the farming community.
Ballycraigy Congregational Church hopes the tractor run will be an enjoyable evening for all the family while also raising awareness of the importance of looking out for one another within the farming community.
Everyone is welcome, whether taking part in the tractor run, coming along to support the event, or simply joining the church community for the BBQ and refreshments.
The church is located at Ballycraigy Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 5ZZ.
